Beth (Lauren) Binkovitz is(t):

living according to the following breakdown:
- 25% in the future (planning)
- 25% in the past (communicating)
- 50% in the present, of which:
- 50% meeting present needs (working)
- 50% enjoying present moment (playing)
So yesterday I met present needs by going to the bank and I enjoyed the present moment by creating a recipe idea for Dreamsfood. I served the future by working on some steps in my business plan for Coffee Books and I forgot to connect to the past but I should have like called my mom or my old best friend or something.

This Mother's Day, ThinkGeek is sending a clear message that it Think(s)Geek moms belong in the kitchen. Their "Gifts for her" list is pretty horrible in general, now that I look at it. I expect this from typical gift retailers but for some reason I expected more of ThinkGeek. Alas, I am disappointed.
